Yoni Steam

Our Yoni Steam blend is crafted with a careful and intentional selection of nourishing herbs.  This steam is designed to promote balance, alleviate discomfort, balance pH, reduce vaginal dryness and encourage a sense of renewal.

Directions:  Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.  Reduce to simmer and add 2-3 tbsp to water.  Cover for 5-10 minutes.  If you do not have a Yoni Steam Box, pour contents into a large bowl and comfortably straddle yourself over the steam.  Cover your lower body with a towel for maximum results.  Relax, breathe, mediate, love on your womb— do what you feel in this moment.  Allow the steam to penetrate for 15-20 minutes.
