Moringa Seeds can be eaten with or without the shell. If you're interested in losing weight, eating them with the shell is a great option because they contain a lot of fiber.

Because Moringa seeds have a strong detox effect, do not take on an empty stomach unless you're prepared to be in the bathroom. Also, it is advised to start with one seed your first time and then move on to a maximum of two when your body is ready.
